Women’s Coaching

A recent New York Times article discusses important topics in women’s empowerment including loneliness, competition, and deeply rooted barriers. In my 30+ years of providing women’s coaching services, I often hear the themes the author expresses here: Women are often seen as dependable, less often as visionary. Women tend to be less comfortable with self-promotion — and more likely to be criticized when they do grab the spotlight. Men remain threatened by assertive women.
